God showers us with blessings

The phrase "March winds and April showers bring forth May flowers” was first recorded in 1886 in a dictionary of proverbs. It has almost always been the case that April in particular turns showery probably due to the fact that the seas surrounding the British Isles are cold and the land is warming up. Basic physics tells us that the atmosphere therefore holds and deposits less rain but in cold bursts when it does.  And it this providence, and unpleasantly damp preparatory work,  that produces the wonderful blooms.

God has indeed painted some very pretty scenes in Britain
and around the world and during all seasons. God is a worker! He spoke and said, "Let there be light and there was light." He spoke again and instantly dry land appeared on planet earth, then plant and animal life. He spoke again and the starry universe came into existence! He spoke and man and woman came to life!
"Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working.” (John 5:17)

God is a worker and He's still at work. Is that right? Is God still at work? If so, what is He doing?

"The eyes of the LORD are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good.” (Proverbs 15:3)

God isn't just watching over people, He is at work in the lives of His people! He does things at times that we can't begin to even imagine.
